Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for completing a variety of dispatch office functions. The candidate in this role can expect to perform dispatch office functions, administrative and warehouse duties. This job will entail speaking professionally with outside vendors, external and internal customers.

Shift & Schedule: 

Monday-Friday from 4:00PM – 12:30AM

Key Responsibilities

The functions and performance requirements will vary with workflow, but generally the job responsibilities unique to this position could include all or a portion of the following:

  • Utilizing Click to: wave orders, research customer inquiries, open and close trips, process carrier paperwork, log in errors, collect data as needed, and generate reports.
  • Must be able to professionally interact with internal and external customers. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work with Click, CSPS, Flagship and YMS.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize workload, and ensure that critical tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Report all discrepancies to Supervisor
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate leadership in all actions
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to achieve a high level of accuracy
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet business and department demands.
  • Responsible for following and monitoring all safety related tasks in the department to ensure they are being followed based on standards.
  • Expected to provide suggestion/recommendation to management in any areas of opportunities related to the day-to-day operation and improvements of processes and/or people within the Department.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties in the support of the IDC all the while consistently meeting company standards for customer, safety, quality, and efficiency.

     Other tasks, departments as assigned and or required by business needs.

Qualifications:

 

  • Requires intermediate to expert level Power-point/ Excel/ Word/ Outlook skills.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Must have ability to communicate in an effective manner and practice good communication skills at all times.
  • Requires self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision, a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Must have completed 12 months of consecutive employment with CNH
  • Must have completed a minimum of 6 months in current position
  • Attendance must be in good standing with 5 or less points
  • No disciplinary issues related to performance and or behavior within the last 12 months
