Job Purpose
The primary role of the Direct From Supplier Specialist is to check all Dealer CRM Requests for the assigned country, with the target to manage Dealer request in a timely manner.
He/she is reference point for all logistic request / support for main Direct Suppliers. He/she is responsible to solve any issue blocking the passive invoice flow too
Key Responsibilities
He/she will analyze, communicate and support Direct From Suppliers business for the European countries. He/she manages the launching of New Supplier in order to create new additional business
Other main activities are:
- Managing a portfolio of Dealers and Dealer satisfaction to improve the sales of CNH
- Process, clients track orders, obtain timely and pro-actively seek the urgent missing parts
- Track Shipments
- Process and track returns and claims
- Support Dealers, Importers and internals for all logistics matters
- Improve and design new process to manage Direct From Supplier business
Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Commercially and business focused
• Excellent organizational skills
• Accuracy and management of priorities
• Knowledge of SAP, PDW Datawarehouse, experience with CSPS- Spare Parts System/ ERP Systems
• Excellent organizational skills
• Pro-activity and attitude to learn
•Ability to build customer relationships (Internally and externally) and work cross-functionally as a team-player
• Ability to work with pressure and Problem Solving skills
• Accountability and results oriented behavior
• Good level of Excel, Power Point
• Languages: fluent English and any other language is a plus
