Job Purpose

Intern Program Overview:
 We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Spring/Summer co-ops work full-time (40 hours per week) from February through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Key Responsibilities

This position is for a summer/fall co-op. Will be working with engineers in the Innovation group on the construction, testing and evaluation of Innovation concepts.  Goodfield is where a large portion of our test machines (tractors, planters, tillage, etc.) for the Large Tractor & Crop Production Operations Innovation Group.  Primary tasks will be related to:

• Preparing prototype machines for field testing - installing prototype components, making parts, equipment maintenance, changing equipment configurations, etc.
• Work with project team on experimental designs to test and validate concepts being developed
• Operate prototype test machines in the field - executing on field test plans and validating concepts
• Reviewing field test results and ideating on concept development with project teams
• Work with Agronomy team to support agronomy trials (operate test machines, data collection, data anlysis, etc.)
• Travel as needed to other CNH facilities and remote test sites to support test prepartion and execution
• Participate and provide input into meetings where Innovation provides updates to product platforms and other internal teams

Experience Required

Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Pay Transparency

The houlry pay for this role is USD $23.69 - $25.75 plus any applicable bonus (Actual hourly pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
