Job Purpose

To effectively market and assist in achieving targets that are set for all Dealers and customers within our Group. Assisting also with the relevant support in terms of identifying relevant part numbers as well as general Parts support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing of Parts to Dealers and Corporate Clients in order to achieve Sales Budgets.
• Identifying and providing correct part numbers to satisfy customer needs.
• Processing of credit notes as and when required.
• Ensure the achievement of Sales Budgets.Product Support and Marketing of CaseIH equipment

Experience Required

• 2-3 years: Computer Literacy
• 2-3 years: Experience in displaying a superior customer service
• 1-2 years: Experience in supply chain management
• 1-2 years: Experience in import and export
• Agriculture experience will be advantageous
• Good command of the English language.
• Competent computer skills Including:
• MS office and other PC based communication tools.
• Other PC applications and Programs including CNH internal systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12/Agriculture Matric
• Marketing Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
