Job Purpose

Accountable for the efficient service delivery to customers by timeously procurement of parts from various suppliers (mosting international) for the divisional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for placing of orders with Suppliers
• Accountable for following up on orders/backorders
• Accountable for new and current machine parts coverages
• Provide assistance in other areas of the company after sales as and when required

Experience Required

• 3-5 years: Procurement/Buying experience
• 1-2 years: Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• 3-5 years: Knowladge on agricultural and construstion machine spare parts
• Procurement Diploma (Advantageous)
• Excel Proficient - Advanced
• Proficient in professional English business language levels

Preferred Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12
