Job Purpose

Accountable for the effective management of the Outbound Operations of the CNH central Isando Warehouse ZA.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently monitor and control Outbound daily operations, identify problems and solutions to resolve operational challenges.

Undertake regular inspections of the Outbound department and ensure that all activities comply with policies and procedures and relevant legislation.

Ensuring the adherence to all Health & Safety / ISO Requirements.

Ensure effective Industrial Relation Management and Human Resources support of all Outbound employees

Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for internal and external customers.

Ensure the effective financial management of Outbound department.

Experience Required

5 years’ experience in Inventory/Stores Control.

5 years’ experience in supervisory position.

5 years’ warehouse experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Matric (NQF level 4 numeracy and literacy), 

Warehouse Operational experience with minimal of 5 years, with minimal of 3-5 years in managerial experience and Systems experience, - MS Office, ERP or WMS.

Diploma in either: Materials Management; Supply Chain Management; Warehouse Management, Logistics Management
