Job Purpose
- To track daily/weekly/monthly parts sales vs budget, installion of corrective measures where necessary
- To support the New Holland Agriculture dealer network
- To lead and support the Dealer Parts Support (DPS) Team
- To promote & grow the complete CNH parts offering within the NH network
- To manage, report and act on all DPS responsible processes
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Support:
- Processing of formal quotations/sales orders
- Driving all campaigns & promotional activities
- Back Order Management & Resolutions
- DPS Support:
- Addressing of all escalated dealer complaints
- Actively communicating all business-related matters to the team
- Supporting team with all Sales order related issues
- Increasing Parts Sales:
- Managing open quotations/Conversion to Sales Orders
- Daily courtesy calls to dealers
- Close Collaboration with Parts Sales Managers
- Reporting:
- Back Order Analysis
- Unconverted Quotes
- Open Sales Orders
Experience Required
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Track record of driving sales targets
- Strong organisational and adminastrative skills
- Minimum 5 years parts sales & support in the agricultural sector
- Computer tools and systems experience (MS Office)
- Advantageous: MS Dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Advantageous: Related tertiary qualification/s
