Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Responsável pelos programas de relações trabalhistas para assegurar conformidade com as políticas e práticas;
• Planeja e conduz processos de negociação com Sindicato e administra acordos coletivos;
• Resolve questões e dúvidas dos empregados;
• Atua em parceria com os HRBP's para atender dúvidas e /ou necessidades do negócio.
• Acompanha indicadores da área;
• Atuação priorizando a experiência dos empregados: resolver problemas focando na experiência;
• Planejamento e condução de negociações sindicais;
• Rotina da área de Relações Trabalhistas (desligamentos, movimentações, dúvidas trabalhistas);
• Suporte aos subsistemas de RH em questões que envolvem o âmbito trabalhista;
• Controle, análise e gestão de ações para os KPI's de RT;
• Apoio ao canal de Ética e Compliance nas investigações;
• Representação da empresa perante órgãos governamentais.

Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Formação: Administração, RH, Direito e afins | Desejável Especialização em Relações Trabalhistas

• Informática: Pacote office avançado;

• Experiência em Relações Sindicais e Negociação com Sindicato

• Conhecimento em folha de pagamento

• Idiomas: Inglês Intermediário
