Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with OEMs, dealers, and distributors
- Identifying and developing new markets within Western Europe
- Visiting customers (up to approximately 70% travel)
- Delivering and coordinating product and sales trainings
- Demonstrating the product portfolio to new and existing customers
- Preparing quotations and sales proposals within established guidelines
- Maintaining CRM data and reporting on progress and market signals
- Supporting product development and market analysis
- Representing CNH / Raven at international trade shows
Experience Required
- At least 4 years of experience in OEM, agricultural, or precision farming technologies
- Strong technical affinity; experience with electronics is a plus
- Experience with distribution management and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, agronomy, or a related field
- Additional language skills: French or German is an advantage
