Job Purpose
The HR Business Support role provides essential operational and tactical HR support to the HR Business Manager and business leaders. This role is responsible for the execution and coordination of HR initiatives, ensuring that global and regional strategies are effectively implemented at the local level.
The HR Business Support professional acts as a key liaison between HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), HR Shared Services, and the business, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services and programs. This role also contributes to shaping a strong organizational culture and fostering employee engagement through everyday interactions and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Performance KPI:
- Organization development (org changes according to business requirements and in line with company guidelines)
- Accountable for headcount control and budget definition liaising with Business Leaders and Finance
- Responsible for coordination of talent acquisition process liaising with countries’ talent acquisition teams
- Execution of merit plan and “off cycle/promotion” budget management
- HR reference for the business in scope
- Manage the performance evaluation process to ensure fair and consistent assessments across the organization
- Support internal clients in recruiting and development activities. In terms of recruitment, bring the best candidates, with right quality and speed, guarantying internal balance and consistency. In terms of development, support the business in providing guidance and assistance on Performance and Talent Review processes
- Support the development and execution of training and development initiatives based on needs, in line with global Talent Management guidelines
- The person will be responsible for end to end CE India Masters Program
- The person will be responsible for CE HR MIS & APAC reporting tools
Skill Set and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to work in an international environment, with strong relationship with HR CE Team in all the different Regions
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Resilience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to organize and plan activities in accordance to schedule, Strong result-orientation.
- The person should have excellent business & financial acumen.
- Ability to think and perceive organization, business and functional issues
