Job Purpose

The HR Business Support role provides essential operational and tactical HR support to the HR Business Manager and business leaders. This role is responsible for the execution and coordination of HR initiatives, ensuring that global and regional strategies are effectively implemented at the local level. 
The HR Business Support professional acts as a key liaison between HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), HR Shared Services, and the business, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services and programs. This role also contributes to shaping a strong organizational culture and fostering employee engagement through everyday interactions and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Query Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related support
  • Ensure prompt resolution and escalate complex issues to HRBM when required

Data Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain business presentations and data for dashboards for leadership reporting
  • Provide regular reports and basic insights to support HRBM in decision-making

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with HR COEs
  • Follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely closure of HR activities i.e., Mandatory trainings, PMP and TMP Cycles etc.
  • Collaborate with TA partners for end-to-end recruitment follow-ups and ensure the hiring data is accurate and up to date

HR Initiatives and Continuous Improvement

  • Support execution of HR initiatives
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives (Fun Fridays, sports events, festivals) by actively contributing to the Employee Engagement Forum
  • Continuously work towards enhancing the overall employee experience

Experience Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR support, or shared services roles
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Canva and AI Tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Postgraduate in HR (preferred)
