Job Purpose
The HR Operations Support Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient HR Shared Services support across the employee lifecycle, HR systems administration, employee benefits administration, data management, compliance support, and employee engagement programs. The role acts as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely HR service delivery while maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the HR Shared Services (HRSS) SPOC for designated business units and provide end-to-end HR operational support.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, employee movements, organizational changes, and separation processes.
• Administer and maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide employee and manager support through HR helpdesk services and resolve queries within defined service levels.
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits, wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and other HR programs as applicable.
• Support HR compliance activities, including documentation, background verification, data privacy, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Generate, validate, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and management information systems (MIS).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of HR services and programs.
• Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service delivery standards.
• Smoothly manage the all related audits and vendor performance, escalation Etc.,
Experience Required
Overall 5+ years experience in HR and At least 3+ Years in HR Operations
Skills Required:
1. Good communication skill and stakeholder management abilities.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 applications.
3. Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
4. Good in multitasking
5. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
6. Strong analytical, reporting & Vendor Manangement skills.
7. People Oriented and approachable
8. Confident
9. Working in HRMS tools like SAP & SF experience will be a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation - BBA/ Bcom / BSc
MBA-HR ( will be added Advantage)
