Job Purpose

The Data Analyst – AG Products Warranty & Telematics role is responsible for analyzing warranty, telematics, and engineering performance data to identify product quality trends, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across Agricultural (AG) products. The position collaborates closely with Product Engineering, Current Product Teams, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to monitor key quality and performance KPIs, including F100, ACPU, and engineering effectiveness metrics. The role focuses on reviewing, categorizing, and interpreting warranty failure data, telematics insights, hydraulic system performance, ADPU, NPS, and other operational datasets to support product development and quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, the position is responsible for analyzing telemetry and Telemaco data from multiple platforms to enhance product reliability, customer experience, and service support, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of engineering content management solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze warranty, telematics, ADPU, NPS, and quality data to identify failure patterns, product performance trends, and customer-impacting issues.
  • Perform trend, Pareto, root-cause, and predictive analytics to prioritize quality improvements and support Strategic Development Projects (SDPs).
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical solutions (F100, ACPU, warranty, quality, and engineering performance metrics) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and execute projects leveraging Power Apps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation technologies to improve productivity, quality, and business processes.
  • Partners with Product Engineering, Current Product Management, and Manufacturing teams to investigate issues, support in implementing corrective actions, and enhance product reliability.
  • Analyze vehicle telemetry and usage data from multiple platforms to identify opportunities for product enhancements, predictive insights, customer support, and service optimization.
  • Design and maintain enterprise data solutions, automated workflows, Power Apps, and reporting platforms that integrate diverse data sources and streamline operations.
  • Advance analytics, AI/ML capabilities, automation, data governance, and engineering content management practices to increase efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
  • Transform complex data into actionable intelligence, enabling fact-based decisions, continuous improvement, and quality excellence across global AG product lines.

Experience Required

  • Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting using Power BI, Excel, Python, Databricks, Qlik Sense, and Power Apps.
  • Develop and deploy AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI solutions to enhance decision intelligence, automation, and business productivity.
  • Execute projects leveraging analytics, automation, low-code platforms, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Analyze warranty, telematics, engineering, and customer data to identify trends, predict failures, and improve product quality and reliability.
  • Support mechanical, electrical, and system-level root-cause investigations using statistical and predictive analytics techniques.
  • Utilize enterprise and engineering platforms including Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics, Databricks
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that enable fact-based decisions, continuous improvement, and innovation across global AG product lines.
  • Strong English written and verbal communications skills
  • Minimum of 6+ years of prior work experience in data analysis using statistical tools and providing inferences along with recommendations. 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,600,000.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
