Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-driven Product and Marketing Manager to lead program management, dealer engagement, product innovation, and brand marketing initiatives. This role will ensure effective execution of subvention and non-subvention programs, drive competitive product offerings, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Define product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Lead new product launches in sync with evolving market requirements.
• Continuously modify and enhance existing programs to remain competitive while minimizing risk.

Marketing & Brand Management

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with the brand marketing calendar.
• Design targeted campaigns for low penetration and high wholesale volume dealers to maximize reach and impact.

Customer & Market Insights

• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Performance & Growth

• Define KPIs for product success and marketing effectiveness.
• Track campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and report results to leadership.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative product launches and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Effective utilization of programs across new, refinance, and used business segments to achieve desired results.
• Oversee dealer commercials and subvention parameters including WIRR, PF, Standard Commission, Annual Program Commission, and Subvention Ratio.
• Conduct regular audits of launched programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Perform qualitative analysis of existing programs to evaluate portfolio quality and risk impact
