Job Purpose
To ensure accurate and timely processing of retail contract servicing activities while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute end-to-end processing of UCC terminations upon contract closure.
• Accurately index and manage loan documentation within the document management system.
• Handle and resolve various customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process vendor invoices in line with company policies and timelines.
• Review and verify retail loan agreements to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Perform updates to customer demographic information as required.
• Manage and implement changes to payment schedules in the system.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating that all system fields are correctly entered and maintained.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or omissions and proactively liaise with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Experience Required
• 2–3 years of experience in operations within banking or NBFC sectors.
• Hands-on experience in contract servicing, invoice processing, document verification, and data entry.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and management levels.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
