Job Purpose

Manage strategic marketing, market intelligence & pricing activities for CNH Industrial AG brands in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary and Secondary duties:

  · Macro trends, industry trends, forecasting

  · Sales Performance, Market & Industry analysis, insights for marketing and sales actions.

  · Market & Competitive Intelligence, benchmarking, Price Positioning, Visual, Real & Transaction Pricing, dealer margins and discounts

  · Market research & consumer insights, industry and segmental analysis, trends and opportunities

  · Market performance & sales forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term business planning

  · Key inputs for regional reviews and strategic insights.

Experience Required

• Essential experience and skills: 5-8 years’ experience in market analysis, strategic marketing, pricing, business planning, product management roles in automotive/ capital goods/ industrial / consumer durables sector. Strong analytical bent of mind, ability to draw action plans based on data & insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/ Economics)+ Masters or MBA (full time)
