Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and motivated ** Machine Learning Engineer** to join our AI Engineering team. 
You will work on building intelligent AI solutions across Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. 
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on real-world enterprise AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), 
computer vision models, and scalable ML solutions deployed on cloud platforms.

 You will collaborate with experienced AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and improve AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.
* Work on Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
* Develop AI workflows using modern frameworks and orchestration tools for enterprise applications.
* Explore, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to improve model performance.
* Perform feature engineering, data validation, and model evaluation using appropriate performance metrics.
* Conduct experiments, compare different algorithms, and recommend the most suitable approaches.
* Deploy ML and AI models on Microsoft Azure and Databricks environments.
* Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI services and model inference.
* Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
* Monitor deployed models and continuously improve model performance and reliability.
* Document experiments, model architectures, and technical implementations.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.

Experience Required

Experience - 2-3 years of work experience
* Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience using libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
* Good understanding of Machine Learning, Computer Vision and NLP concepts, model development, evaluation techniques, feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
* Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and deriving actionable insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
* Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
* Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent-based applications.
* Familiarity with modern AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
* Experience working with Databricks and ML workflows.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
* Familiarity with REST APIs, AI service integration, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
* Understanding of vector databases such as ChromaDB, Qdrant, or similar embedding-based retrieval systems.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Git version control, Jira, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards is a plus.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
* Personal AI projects, GitHub contributions, research publications, certifications, or participation in hackathons will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
