To defend and secure our broad and rapidly evolving technical environment, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Sr Manager – Business Information Security Officer (BISO), India/APAC. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned cybersecurity leader with extensive technical expertise and demonstrated experience managing diverse security teams across a global enterprise.
This is an opportunity to mature and oversee regional Cyber Security operations across multiple business units while ensuring strong alignment with global cybersecurity leadership, strategy, and standards.
We are seeking a bias‑toward‑action, results‑oriented, collaborative, and strategic leader who is focused on building scalable processes, improving cyber maturity, and strengthening CNH’s overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Cyber Leadership & Oversight
Lead the regional Business Information Security function for India and APAC, providing direction across multiple cyber domains including Network Security, Cloud Security, Operational Security, Identity, Data Protection, Compliance, OT security, and Zero Trust.
Partner closely with other regional leaders—both within IT and across business operations—to embed cybersecurity into strategic and operational decision‑making.
Manage and mentor cybersecurity personnel from diverse practices and disciplines, ensuring alignment to global frameworks while addressing region‑specific requirements.
Strategic Execution & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the single point of contact for cybersecurity across India/APAC, translating global cyber strategy into regionally relevant priorities and actions.
Serve as a facilitator and integrator, helping regional teams engage with global Cyber practices.
Drive alignment and resource sharing across global cyber functions, balancing regionally assigned responsibilities with enterprise shared‑services models.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Lead security risk identification and assessment activities across the region, ensuring consistent evaluation, quantification, and reporting of technology and cyber risk.
Serve as the regional SME for regulatory obligations and compliance requirements across India and APAC.
Escalate regional risks, control gaps, or policy deviations, and coordinate local incident response activities in partnership with global Cyber teams.
Support the CISO and senior leadership with regional KPI and KRI reporting.
Operational Security Excellence
Oversee the review of regional operational processes, programs, and product security controls.
Collaborate with Cloud and Network security teams on secure implementation and ongoing posture improvement across Azure and AWS.
Coordinate with global Red/Blue teams, CTI, and Threat & Vulnerability Intelligence groups.
Develop and maintain a regional risk assessment roadmap.
Relationship Building & Influence
Build strong partnerships with regional business and technology leaders.
Ensure regional adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory mandates.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security and technology practices, including 4–6 years of leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Network Security, Cloud Security (Azure and AWS preferred), and Operational Security.
- Experience managing or partnering with global cyber functions in a distributed model.
- Experience with cyber audit, compliance, and GRC tools.
- Ability to interpret and communicate cyber risks and technical issues to business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, GCIA, GCIH,
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
