Job Purpose

She/He will be responsible for the governance of the business needs for CNH product development group as a member of the IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization with primarily main focus on the CAD applications (Mechanical and Electrical).

She/He collaborates with other Application Managers (within IT department) and Business references to support/define solutions according to methodologies & processes, and deployment of them.

She/He interacts with the Software Vendors for the most appropriate implementation of new SW release with attention to the legacy data carry over.

She/he will provide worldwide support for the business on Product Lifecycle Management system’s development with main focus on CAD application (Mechanical and Electrical), testing, and release management.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of Business needs through a continuous interaction with engineering business counterparts.
  • Lead activities required to define and implement IT solutions to satisfy engineering’s business requirements.
  • Guide the selection, installation (deploy) and use of computing equipment and software. Maintain current knowledge of equipment, systems, and programming techniques appropriate to the organization.
  • Monitor operations and develop improvements.
  • Participate in the training of key management with data processing techniques. Set policies, procedures, technical standards, methods, and priorities.
  • Plan, develop and direct the operation from the Information Technology point-of-view.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in
    • Project Management
    • General IT Administrator Knowledge (Creation of BAT-files, Firewalls, Server management, Scheduled tasks, Software Installation and configuration, Network Shares, etc…)
    • Documentation skills in O365 (e.g. Installation documents)
    • General CAD (Mechanical) knowledge mainly Creo (SolidWorks, AutoCad, NX,..)
    • General CAD (Electrical) knowledge mainly on Capital / specific knowledge (Basic Harness & Schematic knowledge)
    • PLM Experience (Teamcenter)
    • MS DevOps knowledge.
  • Experience facilitating international and multidisciplined teams


 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
