Job Purpose
Own end-to-end product lifecycle and program effectiveness across New, Refinance, and Used business by balancing growth, profitability, and portfolio quality in alignment with OEM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management & Commercial Structuring
- Drive effective program management (Subvention & Non-Subvention) to achieve disbursement, penetration, and yield targets across New, Refinance, and Used segments
- Manage dealer commercials and program levers, including:
- WIRR (Weighted IRR)
- Processing Fees (PF)
- Standard Commission
- Annual Program Commission
- Subvention Ratio
- Ensure optimal commercial structuring to balance competitiveness vs profitability
- Product Development & Enhancement
- Launch new financial products/programs aligned with market demand, OEM push, and competitive benchmarking
- Continuously modify existing programs to remain competitive while minimizing credit and portfolio risks
- Incorporate dealer and customer feedback into program design
- Portfolio Quality & Program Effectiveness
- Conduct regular audits of launched programs to ensure compliance and alignment with intended design
- Perform qualitative analysis of program performance:
- Portfolio quality impact (DPD, NPA trends)
- Customer segment behavior
- Risk-return trade-offs
- Initiate corrective actions to optimize performance
4. Cross-functional & Dealer Alignment
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Sales, and OEM teams to ensure program success
- Enable dealer network with clear program guidelines and commercial understanding
- Support program rollouts with training and structured communication
