Job Purpose
We are seeking an IT Application Senior Specialist for Parts Finance and Warehouse Integration who follows service activities and project initiatives on processes and systems under Parts Finance and Warehouse integration areas. This role has a WW scope with specific focus on EMEA region where the team have important processes to be managed and critical initiatives on short- and long-term roadmap.
The ideal candidate moves fluently between functional solution design and business conversations — working on functional solutions, orchestrating cross-functional projects, managing relationships with multiple vendors, other IT departments and Business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT solutions — from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate and prioritize project activities across multiple teams (in an Agile environment or even in a Waterfall approach).
- Manage relationships with internal and external teams and vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Define and monitor project KPIs, budgets, risks, and dependencies, reporting progress to IT and business leadership.
- Ensure business continuity by maintaining stable operations and working with the rest of the team on application evolution roadmaps.
- Apply ITIL best practices across incident, problem, change, and service-level management for platform inside Parts Finance and Warehouse Integration area.
- Support business and application support management with a focus on continuous improvement processes.
- Monitor and drive cost optimization practices and service management efficiency.
- Promote the adoption of best practices in DevOps, cloud architecture, data integration, and security compliance.
- Act as the IT interface for the Parts Finance and Depot business departments and regional IT team.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements together with regional IT team and impacted business, translating them into actionable IT plans, specifications, and roadmaps.
Experience Required
Experience
• 6-12 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within automotive/parts domains.
• Proven experience in end-to-end application delivery management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and vendor relationships in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Previous experience in a Automotive/Parts IT environment
Technical Skills
• Experience with databases and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Service NOW platform (or another ticket management system) and Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Understanding of ERP architectural logics and the main functional flows in the Finance and Warehouse areas.
• understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure) and Azure data.
Managerial & Process Skills
• Solid knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe and project methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, architects, functionals and business users.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and IT budgeting practices.
Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist).
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions)
