Job Purpose

To design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions across domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, and multimodal systems. The role focuses on building intelligent applications powered by foundation models, fine-tuning LLMs, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and ensuring scalable, efficient, and responsible use of generative AI in real-world scenarios. 

Key Responsibilities

Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) and multimodal generative AI systems. 

Implement RAG pipelines for domain-specific applications using internal or external knowledge bases. 

Build and integrate conversational agents, copilots, or generative AI applications for text, image, or speech. 

Develop efficient data pipelines for preprocessing, augmentation, and model training. 

Deploy and optimize AI solutions on cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) or edge computing environments. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, prototype, and scale AI solutions. 

Ensure responsible AI practices, including fairness, privacy, transparency, and governance. 

Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, generative diffusion models, and related AI frameworks. 

Experience Required

Relevant experience minimum 2-3 years. 

Hands-on experience in building generative AI applications (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence). 

Strong skills in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or RAG frameworks. 

Experience with Copilot-style applications integrated into enterprise tools (e.g., MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Confluence, Jira). 

Expertise in integrating LLMs with third-party tools and APIs such as ServiceNow, OneDrive, or GitHub Copilot. 

Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) for retrieval. 

Familiarity with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), and evaluation methods. 

Knowledge of APIs and deployment tools (FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes). 

Prior experience deploying models on cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
