Job Purpose

This position is for the profile of shift Engineer of Tractor Assembly Line – Production

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising shift activities on shop floor
• Meeting daily production requirement- Plan Vs Actual
• Meeting daily Manufacturing index requirement- Plan Vs Actual
• Responsible for NPL (New Product Launch) at line
• Responsible for Safety Compliance at shop floor
• Responsible for Quality activities & adherence of ADPU, OKOL, CPA index
• Responsible for ensuring CQA/CPA audit in assy line
• Pokayoke adherence & New Pokayoke implementation to control Man/Method error
• Responsible for CBS+ (SAF/WO/LOG/QC/NPL etc) activities in assy line
• To ensure no Rejection/ Scrap of Part due to Human Error
• To ensure daily clearance of Rejection from lines with proper analysis and Tags
• Knowledge & Compliance of Quality ISO 9001, Environment System ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Should have good man management skill & industrial relation with team

Experience Required

12-16 Years

Preferred Qualifications

B Tech/Diploma - Mechanical
