Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• • Fully competent and experienced professional carries out a full range of professional duties by working independently with minimal guidance.

  • Review the detail layout of assembly and aggregate and design and release as per CNHi best practice

  • Review and analysis the design by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
  • Expert in using current Cnhi standrad tools of design and can be updated as per design requirement
  • Analysis the issue/Problem and find out the solution by using the best design practice like stackup etc and experience
  • Expert of the Physical and Virtual validation requirement as per the design content and Cnhi standard
  • Capable of working on multiple project.
  • Coordinate with other function in CNHi (like Manufacturing etc.) to implement the design change
  • Coordinate with other global design center competencies

Experience Required

• At least 10-15 years of experience in Driveline design or mechanical design engineering.

• Sound decision making abilities; Deep application understanding; Sound Knowledge of GD&T and basic drawing parameters; CE & Ag tractor axle and drivetrain system knowledge will be preferred

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech (Mechanical) (Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering)

M.Tech (Optional)
