Job Purpose
The objective of this position is to strengthen New Holland Agriculture and CaseIH brands in the Indian Subcontinent and support the Agriculture business in achieving short and long term targets. The position will work towards making the brands “Closer to the Customer”, and will ensure that Market requirements are met in new product specifications and tailored marketing initiatives, with the aim of continuing to bring relevant innovative solutions to the Indian farmers.
The position will functionally be responsible for Identifying and analyzing market requirements and gaps for providing inputs to Product Managers to consolidate and conclude the overall requirements.
This position will work closely with Crop Solution Team , CBU’s, Product Development, Product Support, Sales and Marketing Departments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical
· Provide inputs and analysis on future product content as per the dynamic agronomical trends/ market needs.
· Support New markets by demonstrating equipment and hand holding various stake holders .
b. Training :
· Create literature and videos about implements for various states.
· Impart training to - Crop Solution Sales team/ training team/ dealers/ dealer sales team/ CBU etc.
c. Market Developments
· Support and Develop business with key customers in coordination with Sales team
· Promote right configurations
· Guide and coach sales team for effective positioning of products.
· Promote company’s product through ATL and BTL activities.
d. Operations
· Define the product requirements of Rice combine State/ region wise.
· Provide inputs to maintain correct price positioning in Market
· Manage variants & standard cards for existing product portfolio
· Support Promotional Material development
· Commercial training material development
· Conduct commercial trainings for field & network
Experience Required
Minimum 10 years of Tractor/Farm equipment industry company in technical function or other relevant industry
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech Agri Engg preferred / B.Tech Mechanical Engg
