Job Purpose

To lead and manage all warehouse operations at the Greater Noida plant, ensuring efficient storage, inventory accuracy, material movement, dispatch execution, and compliance with safety and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and dispatch of goods. 

Ensure high inventory accuracy through effective stock management, cycle counting, physical verification, and reconciliation processes. 

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and timely fulfillment of production and customer requirements. 

Drive warehouse efficiency through process improvements, optimum space utilization, implementation of best practices, and effective use of ERP/WMS systems. 

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Experience Required

Minimum 20 years to 37 years from Tractor/Construction/Commercial Vehicle Industry.

Preferred Qualifications

BE/B.tech(Regular) or MBA(Regular) preferred.
