Job Purpose

To manage all Civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance, Construction & Green Field projects, statutory & legal compliance, and facility development activities at the plant, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective and sustainable operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• • Factory buildings,Administrative buildings,Roads and pavements,Storm water, sewer drainage systems,Boundary walls and fencing,Utility trenches and foundations
  • Roofs ( Metal Sheets & RCC),Floor ( RCC, Epoxy etc ),Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for civil assets.
  • Monitor structural health of buildings and critical infrastructure,Ensure timely rectification of civil defects and deterioration

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end execution including land development, site grading, factory building construction, utility infrastructure, roads, drainage, landscaping, and support facilities.
• Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contracts.
• Coordinate with Consultant, ME, production, utilities, EHS, finance and external agencies.
• Prepare annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets & Cost Control

Experience Required

18-30 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Industrial Infrastructure Management, and Construction Project Execution starting from Griend Field Stage

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Qualifications :  Civil Engineering ( B.Tech/B.E. )
