Job Purpose
To lead Security, General Services, and Facilities functions by ensuring a safe, secure, compliant, and efficiently managed workplace. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and superior employee experience, while ensuring seamless business operations and strong governance across all services.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Management Lead end-to-end physical security operations, including access control, incident management, emergency response, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee CCTV surveillance systems, control room operations, and electronic security infrastructure to ensure 24x7 coverage.
- Drive traffic and parking management systems to ensure safe and efficient movement of personnel and vehicles.
- Establish robust risk assessment and mitigation frameworks to safeguard organizational assets and people.Facilities & Workplace Management
- Direct housekeeping, horticulture, and pest control services to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace aesthetics.
- Manage office administration, including workspace allocation, seating/space planning, stationery, courier, and general administrative services.
- Ensure efficient facility operations through SOPs, service benchmarks, and continuous improvement initiatives.Administration, Employee Services, Events & Engagement, Vendor & Contract Management, Financial Management, Compliance & Governance, MIS, Process & Continuous Improvement,
- Lead employee transportation and cafeteria operations, including vendor management, service quality, and optimization.
- Drive travel management and workplace services to enhance employee convenience and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee grievances related to facilities and administrative services in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, and celebrations (e.g., festivals, sports, Family Day).
- Coordinate VIP visits and leadership interactions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experience.
- Manage service providers through structured contract governance, SLA monitoring, and periodic performance reviews.
- Ensure vendor accountability for quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for Security, General Services, and Facilities.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, audit standards, and safety norms.
- Maintain strong governance frameworks to support audit readiness and risk mitigation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards for operational tracking and decision-making.
- Design and implement SOPs, process improvements, and service standards to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring capability building and performance management aligned with business goals.
Experience Required
- 15–18 years of relevant experience in Security, Administration, or Facility Management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications preferred:
- CPP (Certified Protection Professional):
- Expertise in security management and risk mitigation.
- CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and investigation.
