Job Purpose

The Zonal Manager for Parts & Service assumes a critical leadership role, overseeing a multifaceted operation designed to optimize market performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive profitability across a significant regional territory. This executive position is central to ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth within the parts and service domain.    

Managing a dedicated team of 20 professionals, the Zonal Manager is responsible for a vast network of 200 dealers spread across three states. The scope of this role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from direct sales leadership to strategic initiatives for long-term dealer and customer success.    

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Penetration

Spearhead Parts & Lubes Sales initiatives, developing and executing strategies to meet aggressive sales targets and expand market share. This includes inventory management and competitive pricing.

Dealer Network Development

Drive Dealer Development programs, nurturing relationships with 200 dealers across three states, providing critical support and resources to optimize their service operations and overall business growth.

Customer-Centric Operations

Champion Customer Satisfaction by implementing effective service strategies, ensuring prompt resolution of issues, and fostering enduring customer relationships that enhance brand loyalty.

Optimizing Machine Uptime

 Focus on maximizing Machine Uptime for clients, ensuring that parts availability and service efficiency directly contribute to reduced operational downtime and increased productivity for end-users.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor a high-performing Team of 20 People, fostering a collaborative environment, promoting professional development, and aligning individual efforts with organizational objectives.  

Financial Viability & Retention

Enhance Dealer Financial Viability through strategic initiatives focused on increasing workshop revenues and improving Machine Retention at Dealership levels.        

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 20+ years of experience in parts sales or a related field, with at least 5-10 years in a managerial role.
