Job Purpose

The Global Product Specialist serves as the technical and commercial expert for the global Utility Light tractor product portfolio. The Product Specialist is a key member of the Product Management team, being responsible for representing the Voice Of Customer inside the GPP, ensuring the wealth of the product line during its entire lifecycle. Primarily responsible for the relationship with the technical counterparts inside the GPP (i.e. platforms, engineering, manufacturing, testing) as well as to support commercial teams worldwide for product configurations, features and specifications. This role ensures effective go‑to‑market (GTM) execution, supports global marketing teams, drives product training, and collaborates closely with Platform and Engineering teams to deliver competitive and customer‑focused tractor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product definition & Tractor Product Plan:  Maintain and develop, both with commercial and engineering product offerings, Feature and Specification manual for the Utility light product range. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback through regional marketing teams, field visits, dealer interactions, and customer clinics, to translate into technical requirements to be used by engineering to develop product and features. Maintain current product competitiveness by creating CPI-FFU profiles. Coordination of Competitive Benchmarking activities for the evaluation of competitive products or processes in terms of price, features, functionality, design, cost, efficiency, serviceability and/or manufacturability, to identify the best-in-class and to establish targets for new projects

    Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle management, from concept to development to launch and post-launch enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement and market support on technical queries. Ensure all the new and ongoing programs follow GPD 3.0 guideline. Ensure all Utility Light products comply with relevant safety, emission, and regulatory standards in target markets.

    Product Readiness & Launch & KPIs: Drive product launch readiness including internal training, marketing support, and field readiness. Coordinate pilot programs and manage product performance feedback loops. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including Quality parameters, NPS feedbacks to improve customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Agricultural, Tractor/Farm equipment industry
  • Competence of Tractors Product marketing/Commercial.
  • A deep customer-oriented vision.
  • ICT skills: Microsoft (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and specific company applications
  • Proficient in English and Local language, 

Preferred Qualifications

Employees with Bachelor degree (Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering)
