Job Purpose

To manage and oversee WMF financial controlling, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and logistics cost management by ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely budgeting and forecasting, standard freight cost governance, and effective logistics cost control. The role supports business performance through robust financial analysis, process standardization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of reporting and operational efficiency across manufacturing and transport logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties:
•    Prepare WMF IWBs in accordance with CNH guidelines
•    WMF TB Closure, Forecast and Budget Preparation
•    WMF Inventory reconciliation – SAP vs LN
•    WMF Reporting & COA ownership
•    WMF Parts STD Freight & Price list upload in SAP
•    Control and certify the performance of the Transport Logistics team and impact of freight cost variances on the P&L.
•    Coordinate the Standard Freight Costs definition in agreement with Transport Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance.
•    Maintain and improve the reporting process for Transport Logistics results.
•    Cooperate with other finance colleagues to improve processes and standard procedures.
•    Support the local Transport Logistics team and the APAC Logistic Controller.
Secondary duties:
•    Manage relationships with all transport logistics suppliers covering freight forwarders, carriers and customers agents, domestically and internationally across multiple   modes of transport.
•    Establish effective and transparent cost reporting for inbound and outbound freight costs, providing precise estimates to Finance.
•    Overview of relevant costs accrual procedures for Logistics 
•    Maintain and improve the reporting tools 
•    Coordinate the Standard Freight Costs definition in agreement with Transport Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance.
•    Maintain and improve the reporting process for Transport Logistics results.

Experience Required

  • 5 - 10 Years Experience in Finance / Transport Environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Finance / Logistics  function, preferably gained within an industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Finance function, preferably gained within an industrial environment.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines, under certain level of stress, self-motivated and flexibility to work afterhours as necessary.
  • Ability to successfully manage ambiguity and deliver on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to take on related additional tasks and expand upon current responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Cross-functional, multi-level collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Business.
