Job Purpose

Product responsibility to ensure customers are happy with the quality & performance of WW Compacts. Focus is quality and cost of existing products, to ensure the ultimate customer experience, while maintaining a strong business environment for CNH. 

All projects maintain the focus and planning on: cost and investment targets, quality of test plan and implementation, error reduction in design releases, and clean launches

Assure implementation all the way to the end customer.  Then issue/program is closed.  Update process with lessons learned.  Decide with Commercial group and Product Quality to close issues

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of Current Product Quality roadmaps, priority lists and Cost Reduction plans to support existing product lines.
  • Help in estimating budget needs along with Chief Engineer, PV Manager and Quality team.
  • Create budgets, forecasts and capital requirements with economic justifications linked to project activities.
  • Work with functional groups to:
  • Build a detailed timing plan of the execution of the projects.
    1. Keep records of projects for historical reference,
    2. create risk matrix with mitigation plans.
    3. record and implement lessons learned.
    4.  Resolve internal and functional issues
  • Inspect each project scope for:
    1. Clarity of problem definition.
    2. Benefit to customer and CNHi to solve,method to be used to ID and test root cause,evaluation of concept meeting project goal.
    3. Final implementation target.
  • Define course of action regarding assigned program plan and schedule consistent with project and product line objectives. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product management, manufacturing, purchasing and suppliers to ensure project plans execution.Assure implementation all the way to the end customer.
  • After launch, assign program team to monitor early product issues.  Team will be run by new product quality person and will work with engineering, plant quality and manufacturing to address product issues.
  • Manage Change review board (CRB) and Quality & Reliability Roadmap 

Experience Required

  • Min 10 years of experience in Product Development.
  • Demonstrate experience managing multiple Product Development Programs from concept phase to production launch, is an asset.
  • Extensive cross functional project team experience, experience working in different job roles, is an asset.
  • Demonstrate Risk Analysis and Problem Solving methods experience.
  • Experience with Compact tractor products is key, in terms of industrialization / production / suppliers and mission profile /customersKnowledge of LS Mtron organization and structure.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with customers and dealers.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Available to work on NAR time zone, on occasion (compensated with flexible working hours / office presence)Strong written and communication skills Travel Requirements:Up to 20% of Time spent travellingUSA travel ready / No issues with International travelling

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Agronomy or Business (with an emphasis in project management)
