Job Purpose

In this Role you will be responsible for :

Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance of CNC Machine shop & Engine Assembly shop Equipment  with deep exposure on PLC, SCADA, CNC Controls- Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for below aspects of Maintenance & Equipment reliability:

• Shift handling for breakdown & preventive maintenance

• Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns & implementation of corrective actions

• Spares Planning, Revenue & Capex Budgeting

• Good Hand on skill in Equipment of Engine Assembly shop including Engine Testing Equipment

(Test Beds of Saj, Apicom, AVL), DC Tools, Press Machines, Under Ground & Overhead Conveyors, Marking Equipment, Robotic Washing Machines.

• Good Hand on skill in Mechanical Assemblies maintenance of CNC machines- ATC Mechanism, Main Axis Mechanism, Magazine Axis mechanism, Table Mechanism etc.

• CNC Troubleshooting skill in Fanuc CNC Controls, Siemens Controls, Mitsubishi Controls

• Exposure of Microsoft office- Excel, V-look up, Pivot Table, Power Points

• Good Communication Skill

• Good manpower handling skill with connect & safety care

• ISO Standard Awareness

Experience Required

Engineering / Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical/Electronics

Experience : 10-18 yrs  in CNC Machine Shop & Engine Assembly Shop
