Job Purpose

Ensuring  compliances to inspection of the parts on the CMM machine. Working in close coordination with CFT for any inspection related issue

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

• Carrying out CMM programming for new parts

• Layout inspection of NPD parts

• Standard room operations(calibration and other machine handling—Contour , roughness tester)

• Monitor and track the quality indicators on daily/weekly /monthly basis, timely attribution and PDCA follow ups.

• Work with CFT / drive for the implementation of robust & technical solutions for Customer Issues

• Conducting daily quality meeting with CMM members

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Qualifications:  BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical

Essential experience and skills: 5 ~10 yrs in Automotive / Agriculture with key analytical and CMM operations skills
