Key Responsibilities

• Good Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of blueprints
• Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire, the necessary skills to operate and program Robot Welders
• Willingness to take the necessary training courses to acquire the skills needed
• Ability to follow ISO procedures within the Welding Department and have production welding skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work with engineers on product changes
• Willingness to work overtime and off shift hours on occasions to make the necessary changes to robot programs.
• Willingness to participate in AM WCM projects on robots.
• Overtime may be required in addition to occasional Saturday operations.

Experience Required

1 year manufacturing experience and/or a certificate/degree in welding or the equivalent work experience

High School Diploma OR GED

Pay Transparency

The hourly starting wage is $28.51.
