Functions

  • Perform required daily cycle counts as required by the Corporate Audit schedule
  • Reconcile parts through the systems (JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM etc.)
  • Inventory Control responsibility for both Warehouse and Plant locations.
  • Investigate and search for priority NIL missing parts
  • Investigate parts by interacting with the supervisor, team lead, warehouse staff and planning team.
  • Ability to Learn all functions within the Cycle Count Team in both Warehouse and Plant locations
  • NIL resolution
  • Variance resolution
  • Cycle Counting
  • Others as assigned
  • Work as a team member to provide feedback and drive improvements

Requirements

  • Proficiency in JDE / Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to learn SAP/EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL
  • Problem Solving Experience utilizing LEAN tools.
  • Effective and professional communication.
    • Verbal and Written
  • Ability to read and understand Part Drawings
  • Self-driven.
  • Basic email skills
  • Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to access parts in elevated locations up to 25 ft.
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years manufacturing experience
  • JDE and WMS experience
  • Excel Proficiency
  • Forklift experience
