Through knowledge management, digital tools, and direct collaboration with plants in various regions, the team ensures that CI practices are embedded into daily operations and connected to the realities of the shop floor (Gemba).
As a Continuous Improvement Digital Tools Intern, you will work closely with this global team to help accelerate the adoption of CI practices by creating and maintaining digital tools, developing knowledge management content, and supporting learning initiatives across the organization.
