Job Purpose

The Finance Analyst is responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Conduct account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and making necessary adjustments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support management decision-making.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, with experience with Power BI, AI tools, or other technology a plus.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $74,625.00 - $114,425.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
