Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated, curious, and analytical Go-To-Market Trainee to join our GTM department. This role is a launchpad for ambitious professionals seeking to build a career in sales strategy, product marketing, or revenue operations. As a trainee, you will support cross-functional teams in launching products, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales processes, ultimately helping us accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct research on competitor activities, customer pain points, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Enablement Support: Assist in developing sales collateral, including pitch decks, product briefs, and case studies, to equip the sales team.
- Launch Coordination: Shadow GTM managers to assist in the orchestration of product launches, tracking timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and analytics tools to monitor GTM initiatives, KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Customer & Prospect Outreach: Support the BDR/SDR team in identifying sales leads, prospecting, and managing initial client communications.
- Operational Support: Help maintain data accuracy within the CRM, documenting processes, and assisting with territory or compensation planning projects.
Experience Required
- Experience Required: 0–1 year of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in project coordination is a plus).
- Curiosity & Learning Agility: A proactive desire to learn new technologies, market strategies, and sales methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, analyzing trends, and using Excel/PowerPoint or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
