Job Purpose
The Financial Analyst has overall responsibility for all financial activities related to CNH Financial Services, including cost control, pricing discipline, and financial review of monthly results to pursue the achievement of ROA and ROE targets. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working 3 days onsite at our office in Waterford, WI and 2 days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the consolidation and evaluation of the following deliverables: Monthly results, Annual Budget, Forecasts, Quarterly Press Release support and Monthly Manager Meetings, Global presentations and ad hoc analysis
- For each region, analyze preliminary actual data to ensure material correctness of reported results and work with regional finance team to provide management with concise causals for all material variance
- For each region, identify and propose any adjustments required, or anomalous results for correction, work with regional finance team to develop and implement needed actions
- Prepare financial, analytical and interpretive reports in a timely fashion, including analysis of balance sheet and P&L metrics
- Provide leadership, a consistent financial perspective and active contribution to critical management decisions
- Deliver support and communication to Business leaders to ensure they have adequate knowledge of financial performance, reporting, and measures to make sound business decisions
- Assess global business conditions, manage the budgeting and forecasting processes and communicate results to senior management
- Recommend changes to improve business results, determine the level of expenditure necessary to support the Business and alert management to changing business conditions and provide appropriate actions to be taken
- Prepare, analyze, provide recommendations and negotiate as part of senior management team new business opportunities
- Responsible for follow-up and validation, as well as monitoring and updating progress related to action plans to ensure the appropriate financial controls, policies, and procedures are followed to guarantee the integrity of company financial reports
Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related preferred
- 6+ years relevant experience in a variety of diverse accounting, finance and/or control positions
- Financial product knowledge including management and control of costs, pricing and market positioning
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Working knowledge of Accounting Principles/Sarbanes Oxley Requirements/Audit/Corporate Policies and Procedures/External Reporting (20F)
- Strong leadership competencies and skills with ability to cross-functionally lead and communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of management in a large, international, matrix organization (as well as external auditors, attorneys and underwriters)
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or CFA is preferable
- Experience within a captive finance organization or banking environment
- Wholesale & Retail financing knowledge including dealer floor plan and used equipment financing, retail financing programs a plus
- Experience with SAP FI, SAP BI, Hyperion Financial Management and Microsoft Power BI highly desired

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $106,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
