Key Responsibilities
- Use specialized calibration equipment to verify the accuracy and precision of assembly torque tools and systems.
- Analyze and interpret calibration data, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions
- Communicate repair parts requirements or other skills required for repair regarding breakdowns, to supervisor.
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure tools meet their performance specifications
- Follows schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents.
- Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during calibration processs
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of calibration procedures and documentation
- Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts using hand tools and soldering iron.
- Adjusts and calibrates equipment according to specifications.
- Maintains records of repairs, calibrations and tests.
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or related field
- Previous experience in calibration
- Familiarity with calibration software (Gagetrak, Pivotware)

Experience Required
Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or related field.
Previous experience in calibration.
Familiarity with calibration software (Gagetrak, Pivotware).
Must have ability to read blueprints, maintenance manuals, schematics and other technical
documents.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in electrical and electronic circuitry preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
Motivated self‐starter who can manage projects and make decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft office, email management, basic file management
Pay Transparency
This position pays: $38.72 – $38.96 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
**Sign on bonus up to $4,000
**Relocation assistance provided up to $5,000 for eligible new hires that live more than 50 miles away from the Fargo CNH plant. Must be employed by CNH for one year to receive the full package.
