Job Purpose

Apoyar al equipo de FSS con tareas operativas, administrativas y proyectos específicos. Actuar como soporte y aporte de nuevas ideas y sugerencias de mejoras y optimizaciones, que ayuden a agilizar procesos internos.

Key Responsibilities

-Recopilación de información de gestión del área de FSS de los concesionarios, y posterior procesamiento de la información obtenida.

-Gestión de bases de datos, archivos, documentos y/o plataformas de uso común en el área.

-Publicación de Boletines informativos del área y/o áreas relacionadas.

-Envío de correos a clientes o Red de Concesionarios con información relevante del área.

-Manejo del sistema SAP para la carga y aprobación de órdenes de compra.

-Colaboración en proyectos del área aportando ideas o habilidades técnicas.

Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications

-Estudiante universitario de carreras afines al área (Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Agronomía).

-Idioma inglés, nivel intermedio.

-Conocimientos Técnicos: dominio básico a intermedio de paquete Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook y Power BI).

-Perfil comportamental: Proactividad, flexibilidad, comunicación, trabajo en Equipo, motivación por aprender y absorber conocimientos.
