Job Purpose

Reporting to the Global Product Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for the profitable growth of her product line of the assigned brands. In order to achieve this, she/he will develop strategic marketing plans for a product line through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement and business planning. The PMM is responsible for the new product introduction process within the marketing organization. In her/his position, the PMM interacts with customers, dealers, market teams, commercial operations, communication, pricing, training and the global product management team.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market (Future Product)

  • Own Go To Market strategy for new products within the region
  • Manage new product launches, product positioning, and key messaging
  • Coordinate & support regional teams who execute the product strategy
  • Marketing Launch Plan execution: Align the full range of marketing activities for new product launches, in collaboration with the regional commercial teams: pricing, communications, events, product demonstrations, provide input/data to aid in the development of materials such as press releases, brochures, customer presentations, videos and training materials.

Product Life-cycle (Current Product)

  • Manage product offering & performance in the region
  • Develop product marketing plans that drive adoption through competitive analysis and customer insights
  • Analyze product line KPIs to create marketing plans that maximize take-rates, sales volumes and profitability through the product lifecycle and according to business needs
  • Advocate for the product offering(s) that give CNH the best chance to win, define frame for market standards
  • Manage product phase-in and phase-out, considering inventory levels as new products are introduced or new business needs occur
  • Define, manage, and negotiate a commercial market roadmap for the region, with solid business cases

Product & Marketing Intelligence

  • Monitor competition and provide information on key features, new products and public pricing information
  • Identify product gaps and quantify business impact/potential
  • Evaluate customer feedback coming from customer surveys and in-person customer events/visits, ensuring customer feedback is met

Experience Required

  • Completed education with agricultural / technical / marketing / business and economics background
  • Fluent English
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach for the role and activities
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive project managent skills / atitude
  • Pronounced interpersonal skills
  • Traveling (approximately 30%)
