Intern Program Overview:

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management for GPD projects  - set baselines, work with engineering teams to understand and provide Costed parts with Project targets in mind
• Working with the OneGPD project for the GCL Cab, help in the alignments of common parts, components, and systems, to fit in multiple modular Cab designs
• Benchmark Common Cab components from various Tractor Platforms and identifying common characteristics and working to define a single unique part for modular cab

Experience Required

• Understand Engineering Drawings include BOM management and other related Engineering callouts
• Previous Cost experience or Basic understanding of Cost Methodology, Manufacturing Expereince (understand how Parts are made)
