Job Purpose

Lead cross-functional quality execution for Digital Products (Offboard) to ensure new programs and features meet or exceed customer expectations by driving issue resolution, establishing customer-focused quality and reliability targets, and ensuring launch readiness, product performance, and quality objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Set program quality goals for each project that align with customer acceptance goals and ensure their compliance.
• Interface with Platform Quality in relation to digital product quality on Platform products for new launches.
• Define acceptance criteria for readiness for new product/features launches.
• Deliver teams on component and quality requirements for product launches: planning, executing,and approving.
• Own the PRB (Problem Resolution Board) and drive resolutions from the cross-functional teamwith a robust problem-solving approach.
• Review feature requirement documents with the cross-functional team, ensuring that currentproduct issues are resolved.
• Lead the early warning team to produce reliable solutions that minimize risk and downtime.

Experience Required

• Degree or equivalent certification in a Mechanical, Agricultural, Engineering, or Technical-related field.
• 6+ years of experience with heavy equipment and/or Digital Products, typically in a Quality Role, Product Engineering, or Validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CNH Quality metrics and associated support precision is highly regarded.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
