Job Purpose

This role will support demand forecasting, dealer order management, inventory monitoring,
and sales coordination to ensure alignment between sales targets, supply planning, and stock
availability.

Key Responsibilities

Support the S&OP process through forecast planning and reporting
• Manage E-Plan inputs (wholesale & retail forecasts, CI reallocations, production
allocations, monthly POC updates)
• Manage Dealer Purchase Orders (POs), including tagging, ordering, and updating
wholesale & retail actuals
• Monitor dealer inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales team
• Ensure timely order processing and resolution of order-related queries
• Will work on E-Plan and Excel files

Experience Required

Minimum Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance,
Logistics, or related field
Related experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables,
formulas, data analysis)
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills
