Job Purpose
The Dealer Parts Support Manager is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the dealership parts ordering, supply tracking, liaising with Regional Parts and Service Manager, support both customer and service, Sales department needs. This role involves processing part orders and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts availability, Cross functional alignment with CE Indore Plant, Vendor, IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- The Dealer Parts Support Manager is responsible for driving spare parts and lubricant sales, strengthening the dealer network.
- Ensuring seamless order management, timely supply, and inventory optimization across the distribution channel.
- Position requires close coordination with internal cross-functional teams and external channel partners to maximize parts availability, improve customer satisfaction, grow market share, and support business profitability.
- Guide dealers on monthly/weekly parts ordering, safety stock norms, and consumption-based planning.
- Monitor order status, fill rates, backorders, and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
- Ensure high parts availability by working closely with warehouse teams on dispatch and replenishment schedules.
- Train dealer parts teams on ordering systems, catalogue usage, supersession logic, and storage standards.

Support dealers in implementing CNH commercial policies, schemes, price updates, and credit processes.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports: sales, availability, forecasts, fill rates, ageing stocks, and initiatives.

Training to Dealers and Channel Partners for DMS , ePart usage, DMWS and various IT tools
Experience Required
- Education/Qualifications: B.E/ B. Tech, MBA would be an added advantage (not essential)
- Essential experience and skills: 10 to 15 years in Aftermarket Parts Sales / Service, Experience in Construction Equipment Industry would be an added advantage
