Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for analyzing inventory cycle counts including resolving transaction errors, ECO issues, shipping and receiving discrepancies; as well as completing inventory adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy indicators are met. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety and quality requirements/procedures.
  • Meet daily cycle count entry requirements in accordance with audit and inventory control standards.
  • Utilize computer systems and inventory management software to investigate recurring inventory variances, perform in-depth root cause analysis, troubleshoot inventory and transaction issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in inventory counting procedures by serving as a subject matter expert during mini physical inventories, ensuring accurate counts and inventory integrity.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of material locations, inventory storage areas, and warehouse processes across both facilities, including indoor and outdoor storage locations.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to independently perform all responsibilities and functions associated with the Cycle Count I position.
  • Perform other related or similar duties as required.

Experience Required

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or inventory control environment
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management practices
  • Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience utilizing MRP systems and inventory management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP, EWM, and Proplanner systems
  • Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), KANBAN, Bills of Material (BOMs), and production routings.
  • Working knowledge of production schedules, manufacturing processes, storekeeping methods, and inventory control procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry and maintain a high level of data integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to effectively interact with management and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting production and business requirements.
  • Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Pay Transparency

 

The annual salary for this role is USD $26.25 - $31.47 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
