Job Purpose

CNH Corretora - Desenvolvimento e Comercialização de produtos de seguros para clientes CNH.

Key Responsibilities

Responsável pelo acompanhamento dos processos de sinistros da operação de seguros CNH junto às seguradoras e concessionárias, desde a abertura até a conclusão, garantindo que as SLAs sejam respeitadas e intervindo quando necessário (assegurando a satisfação do nosso cliente final). Atendimento e treinamento das concessionárias (Processos de Sinistros).

Experience Required

Superior Completo. Cursos desejados: Administração, Negócios, ou cursos relacionados

Conhecimentos necessários: Experiência em Corretoras ou Seguradoras, preferencialmente na área de sinistros.

Preferred Qualifications

Idioma (nível): Inglês Intermediário (desejável)

Perfil analítico, habilidades de negociação, boa comunicação, foco no cliente, trabalho em equipe, proativo e responsável.
