Job Purpose

Corporate Development in CNH aims to develop and implement growth opportunities to meet long-term Company objectives. Mission includes typical corporate development tasks: M&A and divestitures, corporate venture capital investment and management, strategic partnerships, and other strategic analyses. 

The Corporate Development Manager plays a key role in generating, managing, and executing M&A transactions, investments, and partnerships across the Company’s regions and businesses. Also provides support for special corporate projects that arise from time to time. 

This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL and two (2) days remote/home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation of inorganic and strategic projects and initiatives across CNH brands, businesses, and regions 
  • Review financial health and operating performance 
  • Provide recommendations on make or buy decision 
  • Support legal contracts and third-party agreements 
  • Cooperate with external auditors, investment bankers, and external consultancy firms 
  • Involved in M&A and investment transactions 
  • Finance and Corporate Development project team member in various strategic and operational projects  
  • Analysis and implementation of financial key strategies for CNH businesses  

 

Annual Salary for this position is $119,250-174,900 plus annual bonus (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role). 

Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics 
  • 10+ years of experience  
  • Experience in managing projects (e.g., M&A, assets valuation, restructuring, new initiatives) with knowledge of financial models and methodologies used in corporate development / business cases / corporate finance 
  • Strong finance and accounting knowledge / background 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills  
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, accounting/auditing, or in-house corporate development  

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $119,250.00 - $174,900.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
